Bottle Labels

We take great pride in providing the highest quality full color labels available. By printing on a state-of-the-art Heidelberg® Digital Imaging 4/C press on 100% waterproof polypropylene stock we can reproduce your image or logo with superior quality. Our plastic labels will not disintegrate like paper labels do if you have your bottles in an ice bucket.

In addition, if you have ever printed business cards or stationery, you know that additional colors cost more money. Our new low flat setup fee of $149.99 includes, as standard, 4/C process which allows you to be as colorful and creative as you wish. (PMS, metallic or fluorescent inks are available at extra cost.)

Art Specifications

The general rule is that the quality of your label largely depends on the quality of the artwork you provide.

• Acceptable files are: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Quark XPress 4.1 (MAC Format please!).
• Photoshop images must have a resolution of 300 dpi, CMYK. Images with lower resolution will be pixilated or blurry.
• Please outline all type to avoid font issues (NO True Type fonts.)
• Sorry, Microsoft Word / Office files are unacceptable.

Please note that when you think about your design, the finished label will go on a curved surface. You will therefore be able to see only about 2.5 inches of your label at one time (16.9 oz label). While you can add text and images that cover the entire label space, you may want to consider that most important part of your image and/or message is easiest to read if it is positioned in the middle of the label.
